We spend so much time and money trying to get either the bodies we want or the healthier lives we want to live. Through my personal experiences with both these challenges, I have found the its not so much there are a lot of hurdles to jump, just some high ones along the way. Nothing in life worth having is easy, EVER. I hate seeing people spend gobs of money on supplements that do not work, "fad" diets and training routines that they only stick with for so long and give up on. I am sure most of us have been there. The best way to approach fitness and reaching your goals are simple. Keep it basic, simple, and intense.
